Terms of Use
Last updated: October 21, 2026
These terms apply to the Trickbook website and to the guides sold on it: The Trickbook, The Trickbook Video Lab and the free Starter Stack. Trickbook is run by Luiz de Paula, based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. By buying or downloading a guide, you agree to these terms.
What you get
Each guide is a PDF. You get access by email right after payment through our checkout provider, Hotmart. The free Starter Stack is delivered through Payhip. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax may be added at checkout where it applies.
How you can use the guides
Your purchase gives you a personal license to read and use the guide in your own work and business. You can't resell, share, upload or redistribute the PDF, in full or in part. Each copy may be stamped with the buyer's details.
Third-party skills
The guides describe free skills published by other people and companies on public repositories. Those skills belong to their owners and are distributed under their own licenses, which you accept when you install them. Some skills run programs on your computer, send data to their makers or need paid accounts; the guides flag the cases we found, but you're responsible for reading a skill and its license before you install it.
No guarantee of results
The guides are provided as they are, for information. We check every source on the date printed in the guide, and skills can change after that. We don't promise any income, sales, traffic or specific result from using the guides or the skills in them.
Independence
Trickbook is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, Stripe, Shopify, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Remotion or any other company or author named in the guides. Names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a guide is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: hello.trickbook@hotmail.com. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
