This policy explains what personal data Trickbook (Luiz de Paula, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you buy a guide: your name, email and the order details, through our checkout provider, Hotmart, which processes the payment. We never see your full card number.
When you get the free Starter Stack: your email, through Payhip, so we can send it. We'll only send you marketing emails if you agree to receive them, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
When you visit our pages: if we turn on the Meta Pixel, it uses cookies to measure visits and purchases from our Instagram content. You can block these cookies in your browser.
When you message us or comment on Instagram: Meta processes those messages under its own policy. If you comment a keyword, an automated message sends you the link you asked for.
Why we use it
To deliver what you bought or asked for, to answer you, to keep sales and tax records, and to understand which content brings people to the guides.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the shop: Hotmart, Payhip (for the free Starter Stack), our email provider and, if enabled, Meta. We don't sell your personal data.
Your choices
Email hello.trickbook@hotmail.com to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop marketing emails. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law, and we'll respect them.
Children
Our guides are for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
